THE SPACE
Immerse yourself in the coastal elegance of "Venice by the Beach", thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 8 guests in comfort and style.
The master bedroom provides a haven of tranquillity, featuring a plush queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in robe. For your entertainment, a TV (not smart) is conveniently set up, perfect for those lazy mornings or late-night viewing.
The second bedroom is equipped also with a comfortable queen-sized bed, this room is a peaceful sanctuary. The room boasts a ceiling fan for those warmer nights, and easy access to the main bathroom, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
The third bedroom is a flexible and kid-friendly room that offers a tri-bunk bed (double bottom, single top) and an additional single trundle bed. A study desk also occupies the space, great for kids' activities or a convenient spot for catching up on emails.
The living area is a heartwarming space, where you can huddle up around the wood fireplace - remember to BYO firewood for those cooler nights. Unwind with a good book, a glass of local wine, or a family movie night; the choice is yours.
The kitchen, complete with all cooking essentials and an ALDI coffee machine, invites you to start your mornings with a rich brew - just bring your own coffee pods.
When the weather is inviting, step out to the outdoor area complete with a BBQ setup, the perfect space for grilling your favourite meals and enjoying al fresco dining.
There is a garage accessible for guests which has games, toys, bikes and a stand up a paddle board for use. The washing machine and dryer are also located in this space.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

GUEST ACCESS

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
