Upon booking a $400 security bond is required by credit card. Extra guests over and above the booked amount are not permitted to stay in View One Three. Should you have any additional guests, extra charges will apply of $35 per person, per night
A minimum of $200 charge applies for emergency call outs. This includes noise or nuisance complaints from neighbours or strata, which will also result in eviction without refund. A $75 charge applies for lost keys and $125 for lost damaged garage remote control

No pets are permitted in the apartment under any circumstance
