This modern and spacious townhouse offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with another powder room with a plunge pool and the bonus of a small lift making this property very accessible. (Please advise our office if you require the use of the lift so that we can ensure it is unlocked on your arrival)
Downstairs there are two bedrooms each with a queen bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has a desk and chair and chest of drawers if you wish to unpack and get comfortable. The tiled lounge room has a smart tv, blue ray player, 3 seater sofa bed (please advise our office if you need this to be made up with linen so that we can ensure it is ready on your arrival), single lounge chair, electric piano, desk and chair, air conditioner and access to the lift. The bathroom has a bathtub with walk in shower and separate powder room.
The laundry is located on the lower level with a washing machine and heat pump dryer.
Access the large covered outdoor area via the sliding glass doors from the lounge room. Relax on the comfortable outdoor lounge and enjoy the fully fenced back yard. There is also an additional fridge/freezer (water and icemaker do not work). The plunge pool is located around the back of the unit and is fully fenced with a nice tiled area which includes a small table and chair setting.
The garage is not accessible for guests but there are 2 spaces to park on the driveway in front of the unit. This can accommodate 2 cars or a car and a boat.
The timber staircase takes you up to the top level which offers fully ducted air conditioning. The spacious master bedroom has a ceiling fan, wardrobe and chest of drawers with access to the ensuite. The ensuite has a large vanity and walk in shower.
The upstairs lounge room has lovely timber floors, ceiling fan, smart TV, Blue ray player, sound bar, comfortable leather corner lounge suite, and access to the lift. There is also a dining space which accommodates seating for 4 people. The well equipped kitchen has stone benchtops, a 5 burner gas cooktop, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and the usual kettle and toaster with many other appliances, too many to mention.
The large balcony off the upstairs lounge has a large dining table with seating for 8 plus a comfortable day bed and BBQ. Laze around and enjoy the sea breezes! There are views of the water from the upstairs lounge and balcony. The property is also walking distance to the local shops and the esplanade.

Tin Can Bay has much to offer! Choose a quiet relaxing holiday with a good book and an easy stroll along the Esplanade to enjoy the water views. Bring the kids as they will enjoy the paths with their scooters and bikes. There is also a skateboard bowl and playground on the foreshore. Tin Can Bay is also popular for fishing so bring the tinny or you can hire a boat if you wish to go out and catch some fish or mud crabs.
Only 30 minutes drive and you can enjoy the sandy beaches of Rainbow Beach so bring the surfboards and boogie boards. Rainbow Beach also offers a flagged swimming beach. You can take your 4wd for a drive to the coloured sands (permit may be required - please check with Queensland Parks before heading off) and right up to the lagoon at double island point. Great spot for a swim! Please check beach conditions before leaving. 4wd hire is also available.
