The Space:

The home features two well-appointed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered indoor-outdoor fireplace perfect for gathering together in every season. Large windows and outdoor living spaces, including a balcony and patio, invite guests to soak up sweeping sea views while enjoying a meal on the BBQ or simply relaxing in the fresh coastal air. Additional fees: A compulsory charge of $240 applies to each stay for exit cleaning. and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay.
Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.
Pets can be accommodated on request.
