Goanna Cottage sits perfectly in it’s native, leafy surrounds, providing the feeling of living amongst nature. With its own lake, hiking trails and plenty of wildlife, it’s the perfect place to relax and experience everything the region has to offer.
This rural 2 storey retreat is perfect for families or 2 couples. The spacious open plan/kitchen/living dining area features a fireplace and soaring racked ceiling that overlooks the dam on the Estate. Most evenings the kangaroos will come to graze or stroll to the nearby dam and see ducks and other birdlife.
On the ground level you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed, and separate bathroom. Upstairs is a second bedroom with a queen bed and loft room perfect for the kids with queen bed and 2 single beds. Upstairs also has its own bathroom.
After a day out exploring, enjoy a BBQ surround by nature in one of the 2 BBQ areas available for guests.
Woodstone Estate is the perfect place to escape for a family holiday, stay in and hideaway or get out and about and enjoy the stunning South West.
Goanna Cottage is one of four cottages available to rent on the estate. The property is ideal for one family or small group of friends.
Group bookings (up to 22 people) can be accommodated across all cottages.
Sleeps 8. All linen except cot linen & beach towels is provided.

Master suite (downstairs) – Queen bed.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) – Queen bed.
Loft (upstairs) – 1 x queen bed, 2 x single beds.
This property is self-catering; however, a welcome pack of essential items is provided. We also provide a porta cot and highchair – we do request that you bring along your own cot linen and mattress protector.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
