Welcome to Water’s Edge Retreat. This beautiful coastal home is situated on the edge of Lake Kalvert with views across the sparkling water to the bushland. Opposite the front of the house is the pathway leading to the beach which is only a leisurely five-minute stroll away.

Open Plan Living:
The open plan living and dining area have views to the lake and open out onto a large patio where you can enjoy the sounds of the local birdlife while catching cooling breezes. The living and dining area is tastefully furnished with a comfortable lounge suite, smart TV, 8-seater dining table, air conditioning, and ceiling fan.
Modern Kitchen:
The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop, coffee machine (bring your own pods), oven, microwave, double-door fridge and freezer, dishwasher, walk-in pantry, and breakfast bar.
Luxurious Master Suite:
Your luxurious master suite is generous in size and includes a beautiful King size bed, air-conditioning, his and her walk-in robes, ensuite with vanity, shower, and toilet. It is situated away from the other bedrooms providing privacy and making the property ideal for couples or families to share.
Comfortable Bedrooms:
Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are located off their own hallway with access to a second living area with views over the lake as well as the main bathroom with a separate toilet. Bedroom 2 includes a Queen size bed, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 can be set up as either a King bed or two single beds and has a ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom is ideal for children with two single beds and a ceiling fan.
Outdoor Oasis:
In the fully landscaped backyard, you can sit on your own wharf and watch the sunset over the lake, roast some marshmallows in the fire pit, or simply watch the bird life. The patio has ceiling fans, an 8-seater table, and a bbq. Note that, as an environmental lake, there is no swimming in or water activities allowed on Lake Kalvert.
Explore the Surroundings:
Walk out the front door to head for a swim in the calm, shallow waters of the bay at high tide or a walk along the beachfront at low tide. Bring your bikes and cycle to the creek for a swim, to the local cafes for a coffee or cool drink, or venture to the Toogoom Mountain Bike Trails and Skills Park to conquer the graded trails. The Toogoom Community Playground is wonderful for children and also has direct access to the beach.
