2. Check-out: Check-out time is 10am. Please ensure you place dirty dishes in the dish washer and turn the dishwasher on, close all windows, lock doors and ensure the front door is firmly closed behind you. The door will lock automatically once firmly closed.
3. Respect our neighbours: Please be mindful of the noise you are making. Quiet time commences at 11pm. No parties or events are permitted on the premises.
4. Kitchen, Bathroom/Laundry: Please feel free to use the supplies provided in the kitchen, bathroom/laundry. A clothesline is located in the backyard.
5. Garbage & Recycling: If you need to dispose of rubbish during your stay, please dispose of all rubbish in the dark green bin. Recycling items can go in the large green bin with the yellow lid.
6. No pets: Animals are not permitted in our property.
7. No smoking: Smoking tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes or any other substances in any indoor part of the premises is strictly prohibited.
