The property is 2 storey dwelling. It is surrounded by a 3 metre wide, 360 degree verandah. Boasting panoramic views facing the backwaters of the River Murray. The home is meticulously maintained, with lush gardens and spacious green lawns to enjoy sitting and reading a book, kicking a footy with the kids, or taking in the atmosphere of the sounds of nature including frogs, birds and wildlife from the lagoon adjacent the property.
There are many seating areas around the property to relax and enjoy your time away.
The bottom level has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a living area and a smart tv, with access to the outdoor kitchen and seating area big enough for 2 families to share and enjoy comfortably. The outside enclosed sunroom offers 2 double sleeping spaces, along with a bar, fridge and spa area. The spa can be added to your booking but prior notice is required ( minimum 4 days). The top storey comprises of 1 main bedroom with smart tv that opens out on to the balcony with sliding door access, full kitchen with all the essentials needs you would want for up to 2 families, dishwasher, full oven and gas cooktop, and double door fridge, lounge room with oval shaped leather 6 seater couch and a smart tv.
The upper storey boasts beautiful views of the surrounding gardens and lagoon with large windows throughout. Added extras include inside and outside dining on both levels, portable bluetooth stereo, there is full access to a washing machine and dryer on the bottom storey. The property has ample room for your boat, or trailer with a boat ramp at Wellington on the Murray a short 2 minute drive away. There is also river access adjacent to the property if kayaking and bird watching is your thing.
