Located near the beautiful Ocean View Beach in Norfolk, VA, the Willoughby Escape is a professionally managed, freshly renovated and stylishly furnished 1-bed/1-bath vacation rental condo.

The Space:
This suite sleeps 4 guests and has one bedroom, with queen memory foam mattresses, a sofa bed with full bedding, and ample storage with full closet in each bedroom.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 43" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi.
The bathroom comes fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
This unit has a fully stocked kitchen with basic cookware.
All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided. No beach umbrella or beach toys are provided.
There is no view of the water from this building. This is not a waterfront location. The public beach access is one block (a short walk) from the building.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the back yard common area, your unit and the laundry room.
Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building.
Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites / units are fully separate with dedicated entrances.
Guests will have use of the public beach access (only steps from the apartment)
The Neighborhood:
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants and Willoughby Bay restaurants.
Getting Around:
Each unit is assigned 1 parking space.

House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Quiet hours run from 11pm -8am (this is a multi-unit, family friendly property)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• This building is monitored by external security cameras
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
