Situated just 1.2km from the historic township of Willunga, this self-contained studio style accommodation is set on 10 acres of the owner's property. Recent refurbishment has added additional bedroom and office /storage to facilitate additional guests. The property has a very large open plan kitchen dining living area. The very large master suite is a mezzanine type bedroom situated above the living space. With a Tasmanian sassafras timber king size bed it looks out to its own small Juliet balcony often visited by Sulphur crested cockatoos and other native birdlife. From the entrance there's is an office area/space which leads to the second large bedroom with queen size bed. A brand-new kitchen has recently been installed with plenty of space for several cooks with plenty of bench top space / breakfast bar area. There's a 50inch smart TV with a large sofa and oversized ottoman and two occasional chairs that lead to onto a very large composite decking area with distant coastal views and paddocks. There is one good sized shower, toilet and bathroom downstairs. Towels & bed linen supplied, the kitchen is fully equipped with some essential supplies in the pantry.
We are super Pet friendly so your pets can have a holiday too. This property is suitable for those who would like some tranquility yet close proximity to facilities, Mclaren Vale wineries, galleries, cafes, pubs & restaurants and only a further 15 minutes' drive to silver sands beach and less than a 30-minute scenic drive to Hahndorf and approx 40 minutes to Goolwa & Victor Harbour areas.
Your pets are very welcome just one rule (please no pets on the furnture!) and keep in mind we have many visitors from Koalas, Kangaroos, lizards, snakes & an array of native birds so we ask you to keep your animals restrained if required. We also have our five dogs, as former breeders of border collies we love our animals! However, if you don't feel the same way let sey! We have some silkie chooks and an Alpaca named Zorro. Although we live on the property, we are respectful of our guest's privacy, we are also easily available should you need anything for your stay, and we encourage you to make yourselves at home and feel free to wander the paddocks to enjoy the views.
