Wonderful holiday living awaits you and your family at 'Sandy Paw’s" a marvellous 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, family and pet friendly holiday home. An easy 250m flat walk (with no roads to cross) to Wimbie Beach (dog friendly) and Surf Beach as well as local shops. This wonderful holiday property has large living areas, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, dining seating for 12, a lovely sunroom to sit back and relax in, established gardens, fully fenced with an outside shower for when you return from the beach. All linen is supplied, all you need to do is unpack.
The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as two separate living areas. The first living area has a 55 inch TV along with a blu-ray and CD player and a separate sitting area where people can choose to relax. The kitchen/family room is open plan with a spacious kitchen and an 8 seat dining suite that can be expanded to up to 12 people. A second TV viewing area in this room sits beside the kitchen.
The main house has three large bedrooms (linen supplied). The first bedroom is a master suite with a king bed, ensuite, wall mounted TV and adjoining sitting area / nursery. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a wall mounted TV and the third bedroom has a double bunk and single bed. A bathroom with separate toilet is located between bedrooms two and three.
The fourth bedroom and third bathroom are located in a separate retreat adjacent to the garage. The unit has a separate bedroom with a queen bed as well as a games room (with a sofa bed), bathroom and laundry.
The home has expansive living areas, country timber kitchen, open fireplace, reverse cycle air-con (x 3) and high ceilings, all complemented by beautiful timber architraves, and French doors.
There is ample off-street parking, electric front gate and a fully fenced secure yard with a classic white picket fence bordering the front yard.
Wimbie Beach is dog friendly and located only 250m from Sandy Paws ( no more than two minutes, if you walk slowly). There are 2 other beaches (Surf Beach and Denham’s Beach) also within a short walk with no roads to cross, so perfect for all groups, young and not so young. Surf Beach is a patrolled beach during Summer.
Well behaved pets are welcome but we ask that they are not permitted in the bedrooms, carpeted areas or on the furniture.
The yard is fully enclosed and the rear retreat area has vinyl flooring.
From Sandy Paws it is a 2 minute drive to the Surf Beach Shopping Centre or a lazy 10 minute walk along the Beach. It has an IGA Supermarket, Surf beach Take Away (eat in or take away), Piccolo's Cafe for pizza, pasta, Chemist, Medical Centre, Chinese & Thai Restaurant (eat in or takeaway), Hairdresser, Bottle Shop.
