Enter the home and wander through to the open plan kitchen, family and dining space on the ground floor. This wing of the home is able to be partitioned off from the upper level allowing the flexibility of a dual living arrangement if required. The kitchen forms the hub of the space and is well equipped with plenty of cupboards, appliances and a walk in pantry. Sliding doors at both ends of the home give access to both the front garden with the lovely beach vistas and a lush and private rear yard.
