This is a lovely light filled breezy home just a stone's throw from two stunning beaches. Upstairs there is a generous open plan living space with a spacious deck with views towards the mountains. The house is beautifully furnished and modern with absolutely everything you need for the perfect beach getaway. There is an abundance of wildlife to watch, from birds to kangaroos. For winter there is a combustion fire to keep you cozy.
The property has 3 double bedrooms with a family bathroom complete with huge spa bath and an ensuite and walk in robe off the master.
Bed linen and bath towels included, however beds will not be made.
Downstairs is completely self contained and has a further 2 bedrooms, open plan living/kitchen and a bathroom.
The Location
Potato Point is a secret paradise, loved by those who know. It is a ten minute drive to the cute village of Bodalla with popular diary (best milkshakes on the coast) and cafes. 20 minutes south will get you to Narooma with its burgeoning food scene and Moruya is further north and has fantastic markets and some lovely boutiques for when you are sick of swimming.
