Summary: The lady at the reception was super lovely (bonus points for a cute doggo). The location is amazing - you really do feel like you are within the nature surrounded by mountains, also within a close vicinity of some shops and restaurants too. The facilities were amazing and really clean - there were a lot of posters with recommendations for hikes and other useful stuff dotted around as well.
