Zannies House is my home away from home. We are 10-15 min walk to Black Rock shops and Bay. Yacht clubs, Golf courses within 10 mins as well. Sandringham hospital is 5 min walking. Bus to Train station or city 1 street away. It can be used for short term or overnight.
The house is very comfortable. Black Rock has a large variety of Restaurants and cafes at your disposal
. Woolworths Metro is a wonderful shop for all your needs. Open 7-9.
