It’s carpeted and very comfortable with air conditioning and windows that open for fresh air & a lively city view.
This apartment is reached via lift only accessible to guests with security access to this floor.
There are no stairs inside the apartment.
Washing machines and dryers are in the basement of the building . Washers & dryers use $10 coins or tokens.

Other Things to Note:
If your room access security card is stored near your mobile phone, the card may get zapped and not work. If this happens, the staff at reception can re-set it.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
