The Space:
This new space includes one queen with en suite bathroom and one double bedroom with a separate bathroom in the hall. There is a spacious living area with a 4 seater couch, with large windows that let in the beautiful natural Sydney sun. The kitchen opens up through bi-folding doors onto a spacious wrap around balcony for al fresco dining. The apartment has two balconies, with outdoor dining and seating options including an outdoor 'bar' set up. There is a utility cupboard with washing and drying for guests.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Please note, this booking is not available for parties or for guests with pets.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is nestled between Alexandria and Rosebery. You are a 6 mins drive from the airport, a 3 mins walk from local restaurants, cafes and outlets at The Cannery Rosebery, a 15 mins drive from Coogee beach and a 10 mins drive from Randwick and the Eastern Suburbs. The apartment is only a 1km walk from Green Square Station which is one stop from Central Station and direct link to airport.
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop right outside that has access to routes to the city and the beaches.
There is secure underground parking available.
Close to Sydney CBD.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
