Perfect home for a family over Christmas or school holidays and ideal for golf retreats for one or two couples or a group of friends.
This architect-designed, modern property with lots of space for entertaining offers you everything you would ever need for a great holiday.
When staying at ours you can stroll or drive the golf buggy to the beach, play golf on one of the two world-class courses and experience all the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer.
The house has two lovely outdoor and garden areas at the front and rear of the property there is plenty of space for the kids to run around. The front garden is secure and fully enclosed.
It’s just a few minutes drive to the heart of Barwon Heads a beautiful coastal town which boasts charming shops and cafes and all the amenities you need. You also have private access to the famous 13th Beach Surf Beach via an access path across the estate..
The course clubhouse also has a bar and restaurant which is open during the day, 7 days a week. Check with the clubhouse for evening dining which is only available at certain times of the year.

The house sleeps seven guests and features the following:
