Finishing off the ground floor level is a bathroom with bath and large shower alcove, separate vanity area and separate toilet and a large laundry for your use.
Entering the upstairs level you are greeted with picture window views of the stunning beach and ocean coastline sweeping to Encounter Bay. The very large living and dining area has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, large gas hotplate, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine and other kitchen appliances. There is a high chair in the walk in robe. There is a wide screen TV with Netflix, DVD player and free Wi-fi access including a WiFi/Bluetooth sound system.
