The Space:
This free standing, beautifully styled house features ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout, a spacious carpeted open-plan living/dining space with cedar windows, comfy 2 and 3 seater sofas, a 40” Smart TV and a dining table for 6 people. A tiled well-equipped galley-style kitchen comes with marble benchtops, an induction cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. French doors lead out to a quiet, leafy yard and decking with an alfresco dining area for 4 people, vegie patch (see what’s in season!) and a clothes line. There are 3 bedrooms, all with queen-sized beds and venetian blinds to block out the light, with the master bedroom also offering a roomy walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The house’s main bathroom has a shower and separate bathtub, and there’s also a dedicated laundry with a top loader washing machine and direct access to a double garage where the clothes dryer is housed.

The property comes with a double lock-up garage (with direct access to the house) but if you prefer public transport, there are several bus services nearby which will take you into Canberra’s CBD in about 15 minutes.

* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
