The Space:
NOTE: The building lift will be out of service between 22 September and 15 December 2025 for replacement works. Contractors will be on site Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
The townhouse spans three levels, offering ample space and privacy. It features one king-sized bed, four single beds, and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating larger groups. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home. Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the townhouse, including a private parking bay (height limit of 2m). The common areas include a pool, spa, and barbecue facilities. A four-digit access code will be provided for self-check-in.

CHECK-IN TIME

- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.
GUESTS
- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in
- Please do not book on behalf of other people.
- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.
Guest Verification & Damage Deposit
-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit through our secure external system, "Safeguest".
-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
