The home is offered as a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom at the price advertised, or, with a 5th bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor for an additional $100 per night. Should you wish to have the 5th bedroom please send a message indicating your choice and an invoice will be sent to you via the Stayz site for the additional fee.
