Bedroom 1- 1 x Double Bed with wardrobe and dressing table
Bedroom 2 - 2 x sets Bunks plus 1 x single bed with wardrobe
Linen: Doonas, pillows, mattress protectors and pillow protectors are provided. You will need to bring your own bed linen, bath and hand towels, bath mats. Alternatively local linen hire can be arranged if desired. Please contact the office for details.
Bathroom: Shower over bath with vanity
Toilet: External access via undercover verandah
Lounge Room : Separate carpeted lounge room, 1 x 3 seater & 1 x 2 seater lounge , coffee table, TV
Kitchen/Dining: Combined kitchen and dining room. Kitchen has upright stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle. Dining table with 6 chairs.

Parking: Rear lane access via Tuross Lane, off street parking for 3 cars and 2 Boats (with limited access due to gate entrance off laneway). See photos to determine if suitable for your boat.
Outdoor: Front porch with table and occasional chairs and views across Bermagui harbour. Small kettle Bbq is provided.
