A separate bathroom has full bath and separate shower. Air con is in the lounge area.
There is a modern kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar and it opens onto dining and lounge rooms which flow out through to the rear deck with barbecue and outdoor dining area.
There is a separate TV room which can be shut off from the rest of the home - an ideal way to 'escape' to the movies.
