93 Montague Ave is Pet friendly and is not suitable for children under the age of 12 due to the large fish tank within the loungeroom area. We ask guests too please not touch the glass or poke at the fish.
Other things to note:

- Garage is not available for guest use.
- Pet Friendly - Not inside - Pets can sleep in the laundry and use the doggy door.
- Security Cameras are at the property - these are not on throughout the guests stay.

Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard)
