House Rules
1) NOISE : No loud music or noises after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbours.
2) SAND : There is a tap on the side of the house when coming from beach, please wash sand of feet before coming in the house.
3) TOWELS : Please do not use house bath towels for the beach.
4) ELECTRICITY : Please switch off lights, TV, etc when not in use OR when leaving the house.
5) BBQ: please use the BBQ outdoors. Please clean the BBQ after using.

6) WEATHER WARNING: Storms arrive quickly on the coast so please ensure the balcony doors and windows are closed when you leave the property.
7) CHECK IN @ 2PM / CHECK OUT @ 10AM - We are happy to accomodate early check in and late check out where possible however this must be organised in advance.
8) CLEANING: Please leave the house in the same clean condition that you found it. Place all rubbish in the outside bins before departure.
Wash, dry and put away all dishes.
Clean and wipe out the fridge.
9) SMOKING: Is not permitted on the property
10) ANIMALS: No pets are permitted on the property at anytime.
