Portovenere has spectacular 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean. This duplex brick house can sleep 8 people over 3 bedrooms. Two rooms with queen beds and a third with 2 king singles and a trundle. The master bedroom has fantastic ocean views and also has an ensuite. The main bathroom has a corner bath (not spa) and separate toilet. Downstairs there is another toilet. Split system air conditioner in downstairs living room and flat screen tv & dvd player. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave. BBQ and a double garage. All you need is close at hand. Fishermans Bay beach is a leisurely 2 minutes stroll. The village of Anna Bay is a 3-minute drive away with shops, restaurants, an IGA supermarket, 2 bakeries, newsagency, post office, chemist, doctors surgery, butcher, tavern with a bistro, bottle shop and service station. There is also a takeaway fish and chip shop, a pizza restaurant and a lovely Thai restaurant. More extensive facilities are a 6 minute drive away at the Salamander Centre in Salamander Bay, with 3 major supermarkets, Kmart, specialty shops, banks and much more.
