Flowing from the living area, the dining space is fitted with a long timber table set against full-length windows overlooking the leafy surroundings. This transitions seamlessly into the modern kitchen, where stone benchtops, ample storage, and stainless steel appliances—including a dishwasher—make meal preparation a breeze. A charming breakfast nook with stools is ideal for a morning coffee or keeping the cook company, while sliding doors open to a sunlit balcony complete with a gas BBQ and a small dining setting.
