Custom designed from natural materials and beautiful cedar timbers for absolute privacy this residence features a main house which comprises 3 bedrooms, a study/4th bedroom, and two bathrooms. Bursting with character the timber windows to the main house perfectly frame the lush rolling hills from the living space offering a wood fireplace, air-conditioning, and access to a large timber veranda with sauna where you can relax and enjoy the views of the hills, valleys and ocean. The large galley-style kitchen separates the second living area from the dining room and is complete with all crockery and appliances you need to prepare meals during your stay including Miele oven, induction stove and Bosch dishwasher – the perfect place for large family gatherings.
Irreplaceable in outlook, this unforgettable, picturesque place of residence gives you the freedom to be out of town yet still close enough to enjoy what the township of Apollo Bay has to offer including the iconic Great Ocean Road, the Hinterlands, waterfalls, gullies, restaurants and farm gates.

We supply: sheets, pillow cases and towels for each guest. However it is important to note that beds will not be made upon your arrival and you will need to make the beds yourselves prior to sleeping. By supplying linen we are able to keep the tariff and additional charges low by keeping rates you pay to a minimum - however if you wish to have beds made up on your arrival there will be an additional fee for our cleaners to do this. Please confirm if you would like beds made up before you arrive. We also supply bath mats, hand towels and tea towels
This home is not pet friendly as native wildlife are around the property.
BOND/REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FEE: Please note the bond is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card, this is taken within 24 hours of your arrival and held until 3 days post stay. We require that the bond is simply an amount we "hold" on your card. If there are issues or damages, we will contact you post stay to discuss with a view to resolving before the hold is released.
The booking price displayed for online bookings includes a processing fee of 3% per booking.
If a refund or cancellation takes place, please note the refunded amount will not include the 3% processing fee as this will be retained by Otway Retreats to cover the original transaction.
If your check in date is within 60 days a 100% payment is required.
If your check in date is over 60 days then a payment of 50% is required to secure your booking and the remaining 50% will be charged to your card on file 30 days before your check in day.

Check-in time is 3:00pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10:00am unless specified and agreed otherwise.
Early Check-ins and Late checkouts are subject to availability and incur additional fees of $50.00 per hour.
Please respect the privacy of our local community and neighbours. If a guest's behaviour or noise level is unreasonable, a warning will be given and ignoring this will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund. Strictly no parties or events allowed.
This property is non-smoking, failure to comply will result in a minimum $200 fine.
Guests are expected to leave the property in a neat and tidy manner on departure. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is not left in a presentable condition.
RUBBISH - This is an eco farm stay, and there is no rubbish collection service operating given the remote nature of the property, therefore you are required to remove all rubbish at the conclusion of your stay. We ask you take it with you and dispose of it in the bins around town if you have a small amount, or if you have a larger amount there is a transfer station located in Apollo Bay (check opening times) that can be utilised. If rubbish if left behind we will have to charge for the cleaners time in removal which is usually billed to us at $80 minimum.
