Summary: Lovely stay at Amara suites in Kamari! Small family hotel with nice breakfast, clean facilities and great staff. Service level was in general very high, but you can also feel that the owner is running a business. Preferred us to use the taxi of the hotel to get a lower price, but the price was the same as the public taxi to the airport (payed 30 Euro each way). Furthermore, we were a bit stressed about the taxi to the airport. First, we were told that 3:30PM was fine. During the day, we were asked to go there earlier (2:50PM), because the airport was busy. But we agreed to go 15:15PM, so we did not have to wait 3 hours in the airport. We came back to the hotel 2:45 PM after eating lunch to take a shower, but was asked by the owner if we could be ready 10-15 minutes earlier since the taxi driver had other businesses to do.. That was a bit stressful, and not a good way to end our vacation.
