The main bedroom with a King sized bed, private rear timber balcony, an ensuite with toilet and shower, a walk through robe and a study area. The main bathroom is also on this level with a large walk in shower and a freestanding bathtub.
There are two generous sized bedrooms downstairs (one with a Queen bed and another with 2 King Single beds). Both rooms open onto a timber deck with access to the enclosed backyard. This level also houses a bathroom/laundry with shower, washing machine, dryer and separate toilet, a media/children's area with TV and DVD player as well as a double lock up garage with internal access.
The third level of the home is accessed via a narrow staircase with a Queen bed, study area and a large window with spectacular views over the Port Stephens bay!
