Luxury low set 4 bedroom 3 baths recently renovated home in Italian style, main kitchen equiped with high end european applicance including Falcon oven cooktop and range hood, miele dishwasher, two double door frigs one in main kitechen and one in bultler’s kitchen with microwave and another seperate Andy oven, and bar frig, pool and water feature, hot spa, back patios and outdoor BBQ resort style living, firepit and Italian wood fire outdoor pizza oven are great for family fun! Eco friendly home with frogs and fish and turtle and lotus flowers in front yard lake and backyard pond, fruit trees in orchid some are ready to harvest, 3 individually fully enclosed grassed yards are friendly for pets to relax and run. You can even take your horse to enjoy the 2.5acre fully fenced back paddock. This is a home everyone can find something to do and enjoy and once stay you will never forget!

This house provides unique countryside life experience yet is only 16-17 km to Brisbane city and 20 minutes drive to Brisbane airport! All property is low set home with high ceiling, no stairs inside, and yard has ramp for easy access. Friendly to wheelchair too. Well lighted house with big glass windows in every direction. And every bedroom has large glass sliding doors facing the green garden and pool, master bedroom has it is own large sunroom retreat with high ceiling and large sound and heat proof glass around, enjoy all year green leafy garden view.
House has 2 seperate deducted air conditioing system, one for living area and 3 bedroom, and one for the master bedroom and its sunroom only, it has town water and on its own ceptic tank, telstra high speed interet, Sony 70inch TV with telstra tv cast, quality furniture and home deco with 3 living areas well set up for family time. Other things to note
While kids will mostly enjoy my home, parents should keep close eye for their safety for pond, wild animals, pool and spa, and fire pit safety if they wish to light bonfire. This is also an eco friendly home for various wild creatures like birds, frogs, ducks, fox, posums, lizards and snakes and even koalas occassionally, please minimise the impact to those animials while staying in this property, and mind your own safety, especially supervising the underaged kids for their safety too. Noise control policy: so much i would like my guests have their fun for family getting together and some small event, I do call all guests attention to respect the neighbours as acreage property is still a residential property, although neighboura are 100 meters away, noise travels easiler in open space and especialy in quiet evenings. To avoid annoying neighbours, this house does has quiet time policy from 9pm and no audio music is allowed to play and to chat and drink in outdoor after 9pm.
