Our home has ducted heating and cooling for year round comfort. There is also a wood fireplace but guests need to provide their own wood if they wish to use this. Due to the size of the home, the woodfire doesn't do a great job at heating the home so it is more for ambience.

There is ample car parking on the property in the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Guests will love the serenity of this home – the early morning alfresco coffees, watching the amazing over the property. This is a wonderful part of Orange, and Windera has a lovely, closely knit community spirit, coupled with the added bonus of not being overlooked by neighbours. At day's end watch the sunset with a glass of the area's lovely wines, or one of the numerous brewed beers the district offers, while enjoying the beautiful birdlife. This is your opportunity to stay in a world of your own – where the views will leave you breathless – all just 10 minutes from the beautiful city of Orange.
Once you hop into the car and head into town, you will shortly be immersed in the CBD where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out at our many wonderful cafes and restaurants, pubs, bars, shopping, parks and more!
The Agrestic Grocer is a great spot for coffee, a bite to eat and local produce that is close to the home. It is just on the outskirts of Orange as you head out towards the home, make sure to stop in on your way in or out.
Our many famous vineyards and cellar doors are as close as 15 minutes by car and we recommend visiting one or two at least on your stay here if you can.
