Rustic, but beautifully furnished - our place is a perfect rural retreat close to vineyards, and orchards. Original homestead, on a 10 acre block with alpacas and sheep grazing in the paddocks.
Located 15 mins drive into Orange, 8 mins to award winning Heifer Station, and surrounded by some of the most beautiful country side that Orange has to offer.
Gorgeous garden - with roses, fruit trees (pick your own figs) and big old trees - perfect for picnics, or relaxing.
The space
Older style homestead which has been beautifully restored .
3 styled bedrooms, which sleep 9 comfortably - with quality bedding and pillows.
Bedroom 1. Queen bed. Lots of storage.
Bedroom 2. Family room - Queen bed, Bunk bed - with double and single beds.
Bedroom 3. Master suite - King bed, with ensuite (shower, toilet and basin). French doors out to the garden.
4 different living spaces.
Study area - desk and lounge, Free WiFi.
Formal lounge - with Coco republic velvet lounge - looking out to the paddocks
Dining area - with rustic farmhouse table and chairs.
Relaxed lounge area - with daybed, brand new large Samsung Smart TV (Netflix), wood fireplace and smaller reading nook.
A modern renovated kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Ilve oven.
Brand new washing machine, dryer and dishwasher with high end fittings = Bosch & Miele.
Main bathroom - has a cast iron bathtub and heating lamps.
Family amenities - cot / highchair - available on request.
Outdoor spaces - alfresco dining under the wisteria - with outdoor dining table/chair. BBQ.
Heating and Cooling. Main heating - gas fireplace. Rinnai gas heater in study area. Split cycle air conditioner in study. Fans in all bedrooms.

Full access to the whole house. Surrounding acres include sheep and alpacas in beautiful paddocks to give you a sense of being in the country
