Summary: Our stay at Byaku was one of the most memorable experiences on our Japan trip. The hotel exemplifies Japanese artistry in so many ways, from hospitality to cuisine to design. It was a unique opportunity to stay in an historic region in a beautifully renovated historic Japanese structure.
