Positive: Great location. Blisshouse is in 3 separately rentable parts. We rented the entire complex, so it was a good size for our family gathering. It was very comfortable with the main apartment having a large sized lounge and dining space. There's a very good cafe, pizzeria, and a bar just across the road. It served great breakfasts and coffee as well!

Negative: The local booking management of this facility let us down somewhat. The staff were very nice to communicate with, but our agreed arrangements didn't reliably translate into action. This caused quite a bit of angst at the time of check-in. However, we were graciously allowed a 2-hour late check-out, which was gratefully received. The facility had a number of minor, but annoying deficiencies that the cleaning/ maintenance staff should have rectified before allowing the property to be rented. For example, a number of light globes not working . One of the ovens in one of the apartments not working.
