BATHROOMS The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity sink and toilet and the separate bathroom can be accessed by anyone in the apartment and has a bath tub, shower, sink and toilet. LIVING AND DINING AREA The main living has a powerful reverse cycle air conditioner, which heats/cools the whole apartment and there are also fans in each bedroom. There is a very comfortable lounge for your enjoyment and coffee table for your coffee/tea. Dining table and chairs, large TV, FREE wifi and Telstra TV providing access to NETFLIX (you don’t need an account - this is complimentary). BALCONY The balcony has an outdoor seating so you can enjoy the Perth weather and views. KITCHEN Expansive, large modern kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, fan forced oven, kettle, toaster and all pots/pans and utensils that you will need for your stay including crockery, cutlery, cups, glasses etc for 8 people. For your arrival and until you have time to shop - we provide basic kitchen consumables such as dishwasher tablets, dish washing liquid, sponges and rubbish bin bags. LAUNDRY There is a washing machine and dryer, iron with ironing board available for your use - as well as a mop, dustpan and brush and indoor clothes hanger for drying as the balcony is not allowed for drying clothes! We also have a hairdryer. LINEN All your linen is provided including, duvet and duvet covers, sheet sets and pillows. Thick cotton bath towels are also provided for your use. After each stay the apartment is professionally cleaned with fresh linen and towels supplied plus we provide 1 toilet roll per bathroom for your immediate use until you can get to the shops. SECURITY The apartment has a secure entrance into the building - an elevator and double locked door for extra security.
