'Champagne by the pool' is great for families or groups in any season. Book for a long weekend or stay when booking tickets to see your favourite artists in the Hunter Valley. Rover coaches provides return shuttle service to concert venues. Pick up for concerts is 200m from the property.
Cool off in the swimming pool or if you don't want to get your hair wet, relax poolside with refreshments. Remember to bring your pool towels and floaties for the kids!

As 'Champagne by the pool' is in a residential area, we have a strict 'No parties or Events' policy and ask that all guests respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly at night.
There is a garage on the property, however that is not accessible to guests. There is however ample parking in the driveway or out the front of the property. The gate remains locked and the rear yard is not accessible to guests with their vehicles.
- Limited amounts of essential items such as dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, toilet paper and the like have been provided. Kitchen contains basic items for guests (tea, coffee, cling wrap etc.). Milk is not supplied as everyone's preferences are different. During your stay, these will not be replenished, so if you require more of these items you will have to purchase them.
- Portable AC has been provided for Guests use. Please remove window attachment when departing and ensure it is packed away.
- For those of you with pets, please note the neighbouring houses also have dogs who can be a bit vocal when they first sense a 'new dog' on the block.
- For those with pets; you will find a covered area behind the garage for them. Whilst they can come inside they are not allowed on lounges, in bedrooms or on beds. They are NOT allowed to be left inside the property on their own. Don't forget to bring your furry family members items along for their stay too.
- The properties fireplace is there for you to use. Whilst at times there is wood left behind by guests for your use, if you would like to use it, you will need to bring your own wood and starters. You will also need to ensure that if using the fire place/pit that there are no fire restrictions in place.
- Large swimming Pool maintained by professionals. Pool cleaner and hose is to remain in the pool and not to be removed. It comes on with the system to ensure the pool is suitable for guests use. There is a pool scoop available to remove debris from the pool surface during your stay if required.
**Please do not stand or try to ride the pool cleaner whilst it is on.
- No pool/beach towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own.

There are security cameras that monitor the front and rear of the property.
