ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Our holiday home is yours!! - 14-16 person capacity.
Once an historical Pub & ex-B&B, now renovated as a charming private residence. Enjoy the simple country life with a blossoming lime tree, wood fires, darts & a billiard table. Situated in the main street of small town Mathoura its close to the local pool, skatepark, cafes, parks & the lovely Gulpa Creek. The central courtyard / BBQ area includes a tv & huge dining table for long lunches/dinners. The interior includes huge rooms and enough space for all to enjoy quiet and entertainment.
SUITABLE FOR
Groups, small families, singles or couples are most welcome to stay in this very spacious house. However, with enough beds and adjoining ensuites (including a bath) to comfortably sleep and shower 14-16 people its the perfect holiday home for large friendship or family groups.
LIVING AREA
The spacious living areas include plenty of seating and sofas in the lounge room and private reading/tv rooms (3 large screen tvs in total). A billiard room, large dining room, kitchen, laundry all have space to move.
OUTDOOR COURTYARD
The large outdoor courtyard/eating area and backyard gardens with chook pen offer the cosiness of a country home with the space for all to enjoy.
CHOOKS
Note: Chooks are currently not on the property.
Enjoy the roaming chooks behind the garage. Sometimes they lay fresh eggs. The limes on the lime tree in the backyard are also yours to enjoy.
Light the outdoor campfire in the central courtyard area which is a beautiful way to see out a long lunch or dinner.
Feel free to read a book from the 2 book shelves or have a game of darts or billiards in the cosy recreation/ living space.
GUEST ACCESS
The entire house is available to use. No limitations on access.

We're happy to leave you to it and give instructions for entry and key return. A lock box will be arranged in the near future. If you would prefer a meeting first, we may be able to arrange in nearby Echuca or in Mathoura itself if available. Local Mathoura friends may be available for emergencies.
PLEASE NOTE
This is a charming, authentic country holiday home; a little rough around the edges, (don't expect modern decor and shiny surfaces) but it has been well renovated and is extremely comfortable, spacious and loved by the owners.
A pet friendly house (often home to our family parrot and Golden Retriever!). The property is gated for security.
You'II love the billiard table, dart board, old country feel with, a lime tree and a hearty Coonara wood fire. (Talk to us about our wood simply if needed).
