This quiet 3 bedroom home is a favourite amongst travellers, especially being located 200m to the river and picturesque bushland walking track to the main street.
Large group bookings are our specialty with guests booking for - boys trips, girls weekends away, multiple families staying in one home, weddings etc.

You have private access to the entire apartment and secure backyard, except bedrooms not booked. Access will only be provided to beds/bedrooms that are booked and paid for as per below.
1-2 guests = 1 queen bed
3-4 guests = 2 queen beds
5-6 guests = 2 queen, 1 double bed
7 guests = 2 queen, 1 double bed, 1 single bed
8 guests = 2 queen, 1 double, 2 single beds
9-10 guests = 2 queen, 2 double, 2 single beds
5-8 guests = 3 bedrooms, bunk beds
9-10 guests = 1 sofa bed in living room
Base price is for two people (Bedroom 1). If any additional bedroom or beds are needed/used they will be charged as per rules above, $65 per person per night.

9-10 guests - 3 bedrooms, living room sofa bed

We aim to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. We will provide you with a very personalised and professional service. Depending on your needs we can offer you as much or as little assistance as you require.
We’re available anytime during your stay to answer questions, offer advice on the best day spa or coffee in town or anything else you may need assistance with. There's also a folder with brochures, tourist guides and discounts if you need any further information.
Off street car parking for 3 cars, boat or caravan and plenty of street parking.
There's many options for getting around, including so a car isn't necessary:
- Bus stop at the end of the street
- Close to picturesque bushland walking track to town (20min).
- Private hire car number available.
- Courtesy buses to all clubs in Moama NSW and the Echuca Workers Club. These run all day long and will pick you up and drop you off.

All pantry and fridge items come complimentary with your booking, so please enjoy these whilst keeping them clean for the next guest.
