As you enter this beautiful two storey double brick home you will find two double bedrooms, a bathroom with full sized bath and a large entertainment room to sit and watch your favorite Austar shows. If watching the television is not for you then take just a couple of steps out the large glass sliding doors and plunge into your own private sparkling in-ground pool.
Take yourself up the stairs and you will find yourself standing in awe of the magnificent uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean. These views can be seen whether sitting at the dining table, on the lounge or lying in your bed in the master bedroom.
There are two double bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms with the master bedroom boasting a huge walk-in wardrobe and full ensuite.
Cook up a gourmet meal in the spacious and well appointed kitchen, complete with a dishwasher. Alternatively, why not bbq on the large private balcony and dine alfresco style.

Parties and functions are strictly PROHIBITED. There is no outdoor music or live entertainment of any sort. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Please respect our local community and neighbours. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining a noise abatement order from the local court against the offender. Heavy penalties do apply.
If you wish to have a party please book elsewhere as you will be asked to leave if there is a party .

Clarence House is only a short stroll to beautiful Diggers Beach with it's soft white sand and rolling waves. Protected by headlands at either end, it is ideal for great surfing all year round or why not throw a line in and try to catch your fresh seafood dinner.
The famous 'Big Banana' is virtually just down the road and you are also situated close to the nearby major shopping centre Park Beach Plaza.
Feel like a night at the movies, then no worries as the cinema is not too far away alongside a beautiful Tavern that is very child friendly.
The Pet Porpoise Pool is only a short 10 minute drive away and an extra 2 minutes further will take you to the famous 'Jetty Strip' of restaurants.
