The Space:
Coastal Tails is a welcoming holiday home suitable for couples and families, offering a blend of comfort and convenience. The property ensures a comfortable stay with effective heating and cooling systems. The heart of the home is the spacious open-plan living area, equipped with air conditioning, a wood fire, and a smart TV. Upstairs, discover a master bedroom with an en-suite, two more bedrooms, and a family bathroom. The downstairs area features a fully equipped laundry room with a washer and dryer, along with a third toilet for added convenience. A rumpus room with a TV and a couch provides a relaxed space. The front gated deck offers a glimpse of the ocean and is furnished with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining set. You'll also find off-street driveway parking for two or more vehicles.

The boatshed area, cafes, shops, boat ramps & country club are all within a 5 minute drive of the house.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms -
Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID.Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.
Pets - Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.
Security Deposit - A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Coastal Tails. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated at the time of booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 6 guests.
A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
