The Neighborhood:
Between Two Lakes is situated within a private residential community and is accessible only via a private road. The village shops and beaches of Tuross Head are only a couple of minutes drive away.
Getting Around:
The property is conveniently located on a private road off Hector McWilliam Drive as you enter Tuross Head. The village shops are approximately a 5km drive away, making it easy to access local amenities.
Other Things to Note:
Pet friendly: We are happy to accept a pet (one). Please let us know at the time of booking. Terms do apply - pets are not permitted on furnishings and must not be left alone at the property for long periods of time. A $55.00 fee applies per pet, per stay.
The downstairs level of the home and the Tiny House are NOT included unless pre arranged in writing.
Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID.Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.
Pets - Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.
Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 applies at Between Two Lakes Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after4 guests.
A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Between Two Lakes. The property is non smoking internally.
RURAL SETTING:
As a rural property backing onto a nature reserve and lakefront, wildlife encounters are possible—including snakes, foxes, spiders, kangaroos, echidnas, possums, and other wildlife. The area is also prone to ticks. Supervision of children and pets is essential.
