Inside, the bright and airy main living area invites conversation and connection, while a separate media room, with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating, offers a cosy space for movie nights or quiet downtime. Stay comfortable year-round with ducted air conditioning upstairs and split-system units downstairs.
The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in effortless, featuring a gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster, along with essentials like tea, coffee, and basic condiments. Gather around the eight-seater dining table indoors or enjoy a meal outside on the spacious back verandah, covered for year-round entertaining.
