Lots of Italian cafes and restaurants around, multiple supermarkets and essential shops nearby so getting supplies and keeping your belly full any time of day will be easy. Plenty of local playgrounds (closest one is Unity Park just an easy 6min stroll down the street), close to Linear Park and very easy drive into Adelaide City (only about 15 min drive or approx. 7km).
You'll have exclusive access to the entire home (apart from the locked cleaner's cupboard) & private courtyard.
Maintenance access: The gardener will access the courtyard once every few months to keep the weeds under control. We will let you know when he is due to visit. He does not need access inside the unit, only the courtyard.
