She has heaps of character, she has lots of quirks, being over 100 years old she isn't perfect , but you can't beat the coziness from the timber walls, wood fire and split system heating and cooling and the beautiful view over the adjoining grazing farm land. Situated in a very private spot with magnificent bird life and sunsets, you might not want to leave. However, you are close to wineries, a short drive to cafes and restaurants and shops, close to Puffing Billy. Within in an hour there are so many things to do in our beautiful hills.
