Delightful holiday cottage that sleeps 6 and backs onto a beautiful reserve where the children can play cricket or football to their hearts content.
Sit on the deck and watch them or just sit and enjoy the coastal lifestyle and have a BBQ. The back garden that leads to the reserve would be wonderful for those hide and seek games.
In the winter, our home is lovely and cosy with the AC doubling as a heater. It has an amazing grass area to bring your own portable firepit, situated safely away from the house and trees, it's the perfect spot to roast marshmallows in those colder months.
This cottage has everything you need to make a lovely holiday, 3 bedrooms - queen in the main, queen in the second and a single plus a trundle in the third.
There is a large bathroom with a full-size bath plus an extra toilet.
The cottage has reverse cycle air conditioning, and a large lounge room with TV. The modern kitchen is well set up with both a microwave and a dishwasher.
This is a truly beautiful spot, once you get to the back of the yard you can walk straight through the reserve to the beach which is only a 10 minute walk away.
There is also a garage for your car.
Bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights throughout the year and weekly over the Christmas/January Holidays. Linen is included.
