The apartment is listed for 2 people stay but can accommodate up to 4 people. The master bedroom has a double bed that can be split into two single beds on request. There is also two pull-out sofa bed in the lounge room. Extra costs apply for guests over 2.

In fact, “Somerset on Elizabeth” operates 5-star rated serviced apartments from the bottom 10-floors of this same building. We manage several apartments on the top section of the same building, with apartments with the same layouts! Please note, that we are not part of this hotel chain. We have 10 one-bedroom units in the same building under management and we can provide more than one apartment for a guest coming as a group, but need to self-isolate, so it is easier for them to stay under one roof, albeit in two different apartments.

Summary: This is in a great location: Quick access to the free tram zone, most stores and restaurants within an easy ride. There is a small gym and 10-12M heated pool. Love the view of the city. The property managers was easy. If you have a car parking is at the bottom of the property but it's expensive. There's a washer but no dryer. Pots weren't clean. The bed was a split mattress, not a true double of queen.
