Upstairs the open plan main living area is impressive with its beautiful appointed kitchen, tasteful dining and lounge areas.
The kitchen opens up to the northern deck with the iconic Mt Dromedary/Guluga, four different beaches and Montague Island all in view. At breakfast, take in the gorgeous beachside garden or watch the local surfers out front when the break is working.
The rear deck off the living/dining area offers a tranquil space overlooking the gardens, the ever present kangaroos and bower birds.
Stroll through the 4000sm gardens, utilise the rear lower 'Zen" deck/garden area tables & chairs or pick a lemon for the evening seafood meal.
The light-filled living area invites guests with a wood-fire look gas heater , molmic lounge, relaxed seating, a large screen smart television, DVD and stereo all while overlooking the ocean.
If the living room gets busy there is a sun room at the other end of the house providing a quiet, relaxing, reading space with great sea views plus provides an upstairs powder room. This level also provides an enclosed office for privacy equipped with wi-fi a comfortable workspace from home.
The north spacious deck has two separate seating areas and outstanding views North and North East, in season bring the binoculars for whale watching.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, walk-in wardrobe and a huge Ensuite bathroom. This beautiful bedroom will give you views of the ocean and the gardens.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, and its own private balcony with sea and garden views. You have a wardrobe and Ensuite bathroom.
The laundry is located off the main kitchen/dining area providing a rear exit to the clothesline. It is fitted with a washing machine and dryer, vacuum, cleaners and a library of dvd's.
Going downstairs you come to the third and fourth bedroom both set up with 2 x single beds (optional king bed set) bedside table and lamps, generous clothes storage and electric heating.
The large garage is fitted with a spare fridge, foosball table and a table tennis table (folding). Realistically only one car will fit with the table folded.
Mills beach entry is literally 25 meters from the property, Cuttagee Beach approx 100 meters further on where you can chat to the beach fisherman or the hardy surfers.
Cuttagee is located just 8 kilometers south of Bermagui and has a lake (northern end of Cuttagee Beach). The lake is a great spot for young children to paddle and swim or to kayak, stand up paddle board, fish and prawn- in season.
There is a coastal walk into Bermagui, other beaches along the way through the sand dunes and scenic forests.
Bermagui offers a fantastic array of cafes, restaurants and wine bars.
