This cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway for two, or a perfect family vacation spot. The two separate bathrooms make split living easy even for two couples sharing!
Your Property:
The open plan living area is the heart of the house with a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity off the living area. A variety of indoor and outdoor seating areas lends itself to seamless entertaining with large glass sliding doors opening up to the breathtaking surrounds and water views.
There is a comfortable sofa double bed, perfect for children or an extra guest.
There is a TV and cupboard in the dining area with books to read or games to play during family bonding time or whilst entertaining visitors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic appliances and utensils require to make your favourite meal. It also offers open plan indoor and outdoor dining options.
An outdoor shower at the front of the cottage is a perfect way to refresh and get all the sand off after spending a relaxing day in the sun and the water.
**Please note, only one initial set of supplies (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, shampoos, conditioner, hand soap, washing detergent etc) will be provided for each booking, however will not be replenished throughout your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
Guest access:
Guests have full access to the grass area directly in front of the cottage. Perfect for some backyard cricket or a romantic sunset picnic.
There are steps at the front of the property for direct access to the water. Feel free to swim in the bay area, however please refrain from going onto neighbouring lawns or beaches in front of neighbouring properties.
Guests can park next to the cottage on the left side when facing the front entrance of the cottage. Please see site map in the guest book for more details.

I am more than happy to help make your stay an enjoyable one and pass on invaluable local knowledge about our lovely bay, beaches and surroundings. I am only a phone call or sms away so feel free to contact me if the need arises. Emergency contact numbers will be provided in the Guest book/ House manual in case of an emergency. Rest assured, you are in good hands and any issues or concerns will be dealt with swiftly.
Other details to note:
You will need to have a car to get around as there are no shops in Pindimar. There is a grocery store (Coles) 10min drive away in Tea Gardens and other restaurants and shops within 15min drive.
Beautiful beaches with waves and surf are also within 15 min drive from the cottage in Hawks Nest.
You can also take the Tea Gardens ferry to Nelsons Bay for a lovely day trip.
Lovely nature walks are all around the area. The board walk takes you to South Pindimar and is a beautiful stroll to explore wildlife and find hidden beaches.
